be and have...now write down all those details and get ready

Fourth step: visualize your perfect lover according to
the affirmations you have created. The technique is intended
to have you rekindle your ability to love, from deep down inside
you, and to enable you to recognize your lover in the outside
world.
Fifth step: create, through thought and feeling, the inner
platform of love by means of daily meditation and visualization.
This way, you’ll be convinced that you are loved and accepted
